body rock

Started the first day of my newest fitness endeavor this morning... The 30 Day Challenge on bodyrock.tv. I plan to continue my usual cardio, hoping that I can lose weight and tone at the same time. Also watching my calories using the Lose It! app on my phone. It is literally awesome. I have strayed away from it a few times to try others, but I always find myself back at Lose It. I love the simplicity and organization... two things I might be slightly obsessed with in all aspects of my life. If you have an iPhone, iPad, etc, download the app!!
